31kg?

In this summary of recent ratings winners, there's mention of the removal of a 31kg tumour.  Surely this is a typo. 

If not, I reckon there could have been a patient mix-up between RPA's oncology and maternity departments.  Did this "tumour" have arms, legs and a head?  And on the same day did someone "give birth" to a particularly ugly and underweight "baby"?

If the answers are "yes" and "yes" there'll be a coupla ginormous lawsuits on the way, I reckon ...
