Earlective surgery

In days of yore tortured artists would cut their ears off. Nowadays, they have them attached -- to their arms.

Yep, self-described "futurist" and avid flesh-hook suspension enthusiast Stelarc has just had a makeshift ear sewed into his arm.

What a mind-numbingly idiotic thing to do. Bet he got a grant for it, too.

Oh well, at least it's appropriate.  Bloke's had a metaphorical knob sticking out of his head for yonks.
