Friendship pulped

Just heard something on the wireless that takes the cake for egocentric sanctimony. Bob Brown has decided to end his friendship with Peter Garrett over the decision to go through with the Gunns pulp mill in the Tamar Valley down in Tassie.

Astonishing that Brown would be so petty as to do this; jaw-dropping that he would try and milk this personal decision by going public with it.
