John Howard on Jonestown

Here's more evidence of John Howard's exceptional ability to zone in on the zeitgeist. 

He's dead right.  Not only will Middle Australia not be turned against Alan Jones because of the homophobic content of the book; I think that many will warm to him more.  It's the exact opposite of what jackbooted fluffy wuffies hope for.

It's significant, because it shows a real shift in the public's perception of these issues.  Just as sexism, racism and anti-semitism are becoming synonomous with the left, so is homophobia. 

How funny is that?
