Leftist irony? You must be joking!

Here we go. Clearly stung by my recent post about his Gaia-phobic faux pas, the loathsome Derek Sapphire counters with a claim that he was merely being "tongue-in-cheek".

That's sooo typical of the archetypal leftie sap isn't it? When his true prejudice is identified he never takes it on the chin like a man and says, "Yup, I was sprung -- sprung bad". He always tries to weasel out if it by whining "but it was all a joke".

Have a look through Derek's blog. It's a gag free zone. Like all commies, the credulous ponce is simply incapable of irony. Closest he ever gets to being tongue-in-cheek is being head-up-arse -- a position he assumes regularly.
