Die, Fluffy Wuffy, Die!
NOT MEANT TO BE TAKEN LITERALLY! If this blog is anything it's sit-down comedy. I don't break news stories. I rant, growl, quack on and joke about them. If you can't see where this blog is coming from you're an utter peckerhead.

Sweat hog sheds crocodile tears

posted Saturday, 26 January 2008

While the death of Heath Ledger was a terribly sad event, I do think people are over-reacting a little ...

I mean, bloke was a really good actor, no doubt about it.  And he was clearly a kind and sensitive soul (with more than his share of demons, of course) who had heaps more to give to the world.

But just about every arty wanker I've heard interviewed has been weeping and wailing like he was some kind of thespian Mozart with the soul of Gandhi.  I mean, fair enough if they were close to him -- but these were people who only met him a coupla times, or worked with him briefly.  It's starting to irk me, big time.

It seems that others agree.  For instance, a few people are more than a tad shat off with at least one star who's banged on way too much on the subject.  Click here to read about this Travolting display of Heath-grief
