Whither Derek Sapphire?

My nemesis Derek Sapphire has been very quiet of late.  Being the lazy leftist bludger that he is, he doesn't post very often at the best of times.  But those posts do tend occur at regular intervals.  Now, though, he seems to have been silent for an unusually long time. 

I've tried goading him recently but it hasn't worked.  Dunno why.  Maybe he's taken a vow of silence?
