Who's behiind Tiinker?

Not a day goes by without another trendy social networking site starting up.  Latest one is an Australian based news aggregator called Tiinker. 

It's cool.  It's innovative.  It has idosyncratic spelling.  Wonder who created it? 

I reckon it could be this guy.
